High-End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel independently and don't require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate for immediate income
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents needing guidance at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like high-ticket IULs, IBCs, and FIAs. We operate exclusively through virtual sales via phone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we do offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and welcome driven agents to join us.
