Job Description
At First Direct, you'll provide an exceptional customer service experience as part of our award-winning team.

Our working patterns may include weekends and late shifts, with hours between 6 am and 1 am. Shifts last up to 9 hours, with at least 11 hours between shifts. Full-time roles are 35 hours over 4 or 5 days, on a hybrid basis.
Training will be office-based, where you'll meet new colleagues and receive full support to integrate into your team.
