Job summary

A leading aviation company based in Greater London is seeking a New Business Sales Consultant to develop relationships with current clients and introduce new ones. You'll manage a CRM database, book meetings, and collaborate with the sales team. Ideal candidates should be fluent in languages such as Croatian or Russian, have prior sales experience, and strong CRM skills. This role offers a path to becoming a Director of Sales and includes a dynamic sales environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in one of the specified languages is essential, both written and verbal.
• Previous sales experience in inbound or outbound selling.
• Strong understanding of CRM and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a database of prospects within CRM system.
• Book first meetings for program prospects with Sales VP.
• Collaborate with account management team to grow book of business.

Skills

Fluency in Bosnian, Croatian, Hungarian, Macedonian, Serbian, Slovenian or Russian

Previous Sales experience

Strong understanding of CRM systems

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to present and sell to HNWI’s and C-suite executives

Organized and self-motivated

Ability to prioritize competing needs
