Qualifications

• At least five years' surveying or relevant construction experience.
• Experience in social and non-social housing defect investigations.
• Holds a full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support surveying team with various functions including inspections.
• Monitor quality and manage survey delivery to meet KPIs.
• Provide technical advice on property types and ensure compliance.
