Earthworks Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Earthworks Foreman to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a project in the Bristol area. The ideal candidate will have a background in earthworks or civil engineering, with previous experience in highways, roads, groundworks, reinforced concrete (RC) works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals, and heavy civils.

Requirements include a relevant construction degree (HNC or HND), SSSTS / SMSTS certification, CSCS card, and First Aid certification. The candidate should have prior civil engineering project experience.

The Earthworks Foreman will work closely with the senior site team, managing on-site personnel, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget, developing relationships with clients, consultants, and site staff, and enforcing health and safety regulations to ensure all work is completed safely.
