A leading civil engineering firm in the UK seeks an Earthworks Engineer to assist with monitoring and reporting on earthworks volumes and materials quality for the HS2 project. Candidates should have an engineering degree, experience in bulk earthworks, and a full UK driving license. The role involves collaboration with multiple teams to ensure compliance with materials management plans and validate production data.
EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80 km section of the new high‑speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. The Earthworks Engineer will assist the Excavated Materials Manager in ensuring the collation and reporting of earthworks volumes and Materials Management Plans.
