Job summary

Stagecoach is offering an apprenticeship to become a PCV bus driver at the Skegness depot. You will receive fully funded training and work towards a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship, with a guaranteed progression path within Stagecoach.

You’ll start with paid training at £12.21 per hour for 6–8 weeks, then progress to a full-time role earning around £31,304 annually after training, based on 40 hours per week. Must be 18+, hold a UK licence, and commit to flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training to gain PCV licence.
• Structured Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship with external qualification.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete industry-leading training and obtain PCV licence.
• Drive Stagecoach fleet safely and confidently.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist passengers.
