Job summary

Stagecoach Inverness is recruiting trainee Bus Drivers at our Inverness depot. You’ll receive fully paid training, gain your PCV licence, and start earning while you learn as you complete the programme.

After training, you can earn up to £35,000 a year for 42 hours per week, with overtime available. No previous driving experience required, just a positive attitude and a commitment to customer service as you join a trusted, community-focused transport provider.

Qualifications

• You must be 18+ years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK (DVLA requirements) and being in the UK for at least 183 days.
• A patient, safe and courteous approach to driving, and a positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Completing our industry-leading training and securing your PCV licence, followed by CPC training.
• Driving the fleet safely and confidently, ensuring a great journey for customers.
• Delivering top-notch customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all passengers.
• Flexibility with shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
