A leading training organization in Manchester is seeking an Early Years Skills Coach/Tutor to inspire and support apprentices. This full-time, permanent role involves delivering dynamic training sessions, one-on-one coaching, and assessing learner portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a background in Early Years with at least three years of experience and a Level 3 Teaching Qualification. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Contract: Full-Time - Permanent
Location: To cover Manchester and the surrounding area

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Early Years Skills Coach/Tutor to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in inspiring and supporting apprentices as they work towards their qualifications. From delivering dynamic training sessions to providing one-to-one coaching and assessment, you’ll be instrumental in guiding learners towards success.
As this is a peripatetic role, you’ll need a full driving licence and access to a car with Business use on Insurance, as training will take place across employer locations.
