A leading training organization is seeking a dedicated individual for a home-based role to mentor and support apprentices in the Early Years Education sector. Responsibilities include planning training, sharing knowledge, and managing appointments while ensuring apprentices achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience in the Early Years sector, alongside timely organizational abilities.
The role is home-based with an expectation to visit learners in their settings. This post will holistically plan, co-ordinate, mentor and support training and assessment for apprentices based in the Early Years Education sector. Knowledge and experience from working in the Early Years sector will be shared with apprentices to ensure they achieve their programme at the highest possible level and in a timely fashion. It is a busy role with a mix of appointments, admin and keeping up to date with the latest policies and procedures. Time-management and organisational skills are essential, as is a positive outlook and self-motivation.
