Are you a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in your career? As an Early Years Trainer with Connect2Care, you’ll have the chance to share your knowledge and experience, shaping the next generation of childcare professionals. This role lets you stay connected to the sector you love while offering the flexibility of working from home, travelling to meet apprentices, and making a real difference in their careers.
Your typical week will include around 3 days of travel to visit apprentices in your region, with the remaining days spent working from home.
