Job summary

Aspire People Limited is helping a welcoming primary school in Yardley, Birmingham to recruit an Early Years Teaching Assistant.

The successful candidate will support the class teacher, assist children with learning and daily routines, and help create a safe, inclusive environment.

Essential qualifications include Level 2/3 in Early Years or childcare, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a patient, caring approach; Paediatric First Aid is desirable.

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant (EY TA) to join a welcoming primary school in Yardley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who enjoys supporting young children in their early development and helping them build the foundations for a successful start to their education.

The successful candidate will:
