Salary: £80 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 08:30 am to 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic primary school community in Tower Hamlets. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to provide personalized assistance to children with diverse learning needs, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional success.

Key Responsibilities

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Morning Support: Deliver tailored support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, including ADHD and self-harming behaviors.
  • Afternoon Flexibility: Provide crucial assistance across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting to the needs of different age groups.
  • Inclusive Learning: Use your skills to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions.

Requirements for Early Years Teaching Assistant
