About the Role

This is a hands‑on position supporting Nursery and Reception pupils as they develop essential early learning and social skills. You’ll be part of a skilled EYFS team that works collaboratively to deliver a curriculum full of creativity, exploration, and discovery.

Day-to-day duties will include:

• Supporting play‑based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Helping children with early communication, phonics, and number recognition.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs or those who require extra emotional reassurance.
• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child feels confident to learn.
• Liaising with parents, carers, and colleagues to share progress and insights.

About You

• Prior experience in an early years or nursery setting is essential.
