Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an Early Years teacher for a two-form entry Primary school in Harlow, Essex. This role requires providing excellent care and education to children in Nursery or Reception. About the Role

The role is for an Early Years teacher with a Nursery or Reception age range at a 'Good' Ofsted rated two‑form entry Primary school in Harlow, Essex. The position starts in September and is easily accessible by public transport and has a car park.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and education to children in an Early Years class.
• Help plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child's unique needs.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in Early Years Education (preferred).
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development in the foundation stage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships.
