Job description
Overview

Interviews November 2025. We are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate Early Years Coach / Tutor for our client, a Training Provider like no other. With this company, you will be joining a multi-award winner that values staff development and offers a secure role while recognising hard work and dedication. The company has family values and prioritises work / life balance. They are one of the leading Early Years training & apprenticeship providers in the UK and aim to become the top in the sector.

These roles are aimed at Early Years Tutors who can teach and guide up to Level 5, so it is essential you have this experience or a relevant degree to back it up. This is a working-from-home role, allowing more time to speak with learners, guide and motivate them, and less time spent travelling. The company focuses on quality above quantity, and remote working enables more time with learners.

Role and Requirements

Responsibilities include delivering Early Years training and supporting learners toward Level 5. You should have experience or a relevant degree to back this up, and you will be teaching and guiding learners remotely as part of a collaborative team.

Although the role is home-based, you will be part of a team with tutors in the same geographical areas and a supportive management team. You will be expected to spend 2 days a month at Head Office (West Yorkshire) to share ideas and experiences with peers.

Working Arrangement

The role is planned to start in early January 2026, with interviews imminent subject to your notice period. Please send your CV today and we will arrange a confidential, informal chat to kick things off.

Benefits and Remuneration

Basic salary: £27k – £30k with negotiation. Brilliant holiday entitlement and a host of other benefits above the norm. Substantial bonuses are available for completing learners and signing up new ones. It is not unusual for Tutors here to add an extra £3k – £4k to their salary.

Application

If you are an Early Years Education professional who feels undervalued and wants to be part of this success story, this role could be a perfect fit. Remote learning benefits include improved work / life balance and more time with learners, which the company expects to continue leveraging.
