What you'll be getting stuck into as an Early Years Skills Assessor Coach
  • Delivering Level 2, 3 and 5 apprenticeship qualifications to early years learners
  • Coaching and preparing learners for end-point assessments
  • Visiting workplaces across the region to carry out observations and assessments
  • Ensuring all assessment and coaching activities align with National Standards and Awarding Body requirements
  • Supporting childcare providers so that training delivery meets their operational needs
  • Managing your own learner caseload, appointments and documentation efficiently
What you'll bring to the table as an Early Years Skills Assessor Coach
  • CAVA, A1 Award or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience delivering early years or childcare assessment
  • Degree-level early years or nursery management background
  • Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS or equivalent) — desirable
  • Strong organisation, accuracy and IT literacy

This is a home-based role with travel in the local region to meet with learners in their workplace.
