The Role
As an EarlyYears professional, you'll play a key role in creating inspiring learning experiences, championing children's development and working in partnership with families to provide the very best start in life.
You’ll work closely with children, families, colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework, while promoting children's wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion.
This role also provides opportunities to develop specialist expertise in areas such as SEND, safeguarding, early language development, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, training and quality improvement.
