Job summary

Best-Start-Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Practitioner in Putney. The role involves planning activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage, observing child progress and recording developments, and supporting meal times.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care. The position offers a competitive salary of £32,000 plus a £1,000 bonus, with a full-time Monday-to-Friday schedule and various shift options.

Qualifications

• Experience working in early years settings (level 3 or above).
• Passion for supporting young children’s development and learning.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Observe, track progress and record developments for each child.
• Assist with meal times and supervise children as appropriate.
• Complete reports and provide feedback to parents.
• Interact with parents to discuss progress and needs.

Early years practitioner / Nursery Nurse- Putney

Salary £32000 + £1000 Bonus

Full time- Monday-Friday; 7:15am-5:15pm / 8am-6pm / 8:30am-6:30pm (1 hour lunch break + 15 min coffee/tea break)

Duties involve:

Early Years Practitioner

Planning activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

Planning, observing and tracking the progress of each child's development and individual needs, assisting with meal times, completing reports and recording developments. Interacting with parents and being able to provide accurate feedback.

Candidates must be highly motivated, a team player and have experience at level 3 or above, have a love of all early years practitioner.

This is a full-time, Early years practitioner role in Putney with a salary of £32000 + 1k bonus!
