Job summary

Bright Horizons North Cheam Day Nursery and Preschool in London North Cheam is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for lunch-cover shifts, Monday to Friday all year round. You will plan and deliver engaging activities aligned to each child’s needs, supporting development and learning.

The role requires a Full or relevant Level 2+ Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive education, strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding awareness.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Responsibilities

• :plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development toward milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Salary – From £14.41 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our North Cheam Nursery, situated in North Cheam, London. This is a lunch cover position working Monday-Friday all year round.

Our Ofsted rated 'Good' North Cheam Nursery is a purpose built, ground level nursery with age related outdoor learning areas accessible for all age groups. The nursery has good public transport links, whilst also having a large car park accessible for staff and families.
