Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Bracknell seeks a caring Nursery Assistant to support early years development in a nurturing setting.

You will provide high-quality care and education, observe progress, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment in line with EYFS. Experience with young children is preferred; Level 2/3 qualification is desirable but not essential. DBS check will be arranged.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in nursery/preschool setting.
• Childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3) desirable but not essential.
• Understanding EYFS framework advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for working with young children.
