Busy Bees is seeking a Level 2 Qualified Early Years Assistant to support children’s development through play-based learning and activities in a nurturing environment. You’ll contribute to a caring team within our UK nursery network, focusing on individual learning journeys and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
