Job summary

The Glasgow Academy Milngavie is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner for our Milngavie setting to support the 3–5 age group during term-time. You will join a nurturing team, contribute to both outdoor and indoor learning, and help implement the school ethos while planning, observing, and recording children’s progress with a strong focus on inclusion and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Foster a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 3–5.
• Support implementation of the school ethos, routines and learning experiences.
• Plan, track, and report on children’s progress and engage in team self-evaluation.
• Assist the Head of Nursery and Kindergarten in developing strong parent partnerships.
