Qualifications

• Relevant Early Years qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare is desirable/required depending on the role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ability to support learning through engaging activities in a safe and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
• Supporting children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities based around children’s interests and development
