Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (Level 2 or 3)

Location: Maidstone • Contract Type: Temporary / Permanent / Flexible • Hours: Full-time or part-time available • Pay: Competitive hourly rate (dependent on qualification and experience)

About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners and Nursery Nurses (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified) to work in a variety of nurseries across Maidstone and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and engage in fun, educational activities that promote child development

  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with parents and carers
  • Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
