The Role:
  • Overseeing daily operations within the pre-school room, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
  • Leading a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and inspiration

  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in early childhood education or childcare (2+ years preferred)
  • A passion for working with young children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Anenhanced DBS check(or willingness to obtain one).
  • A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare (preferred, but not essential)
