A prominent childcare organization in the UK seeks an Early Years Practitioner for their Southam nursery. The role involves planning and implementing engaging activities to support children's development within a safe and inclusive environment. Candidates should possess a Level 3 qualification and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Salary – Starting from £26,936 - £27,996.80 per annum pro rata OR £12.95 - £13.46 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Hours - 20 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday
Location – Southam, Warwickshire

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Southam nursery.
This nursery is proudly rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted and offers a fully refurbished setting that includes sensory corners, reading areas, imagination stations and an extensive outdoor area and a designated baby unit.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
