About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. That’s why we give you opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

Offering flexible, part-time work between 7 am - 6:30 pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks, tailored to support your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working alongside Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.
  • Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met consistently.

Who are we looking for?

  • A full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us).
  • Someone who is open, honest, compassionate, inspiring, and passionate about early years and working with children.
