Job summary

Bright Horizons Andover Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner Level 3 for lunch cover (20 hours per week) in Andover. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, support a safe environment, and help children progress toward developmental milestones.

The role requires a full Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to build positive partnerships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Ability to form trusting partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Create a safe learning environment that encourages expression and curiosity.
• Support ongoing development toward key milestones and reflect on practice.
