Job summary

Bright Horizons Poole Montessori Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner Level 2 or 3 to plan and deliver tailored activities for key children, supporting development toward milestones. You will create a safe space that encourages expression and a lifelong love of learning.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, strong parent partnerships, and a passion for inclusive learning within a nurturing team.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for your key children to support development towards key milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and fosters a lifelong love of learning.
