Job summary

MP Training and Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Practitioner based in Southfields, London. You will plan and implement engaging activities tailored to children's development and create a safe, stimulating environment.

The ideal candidate should have a full and relevant Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or above, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a passion for inclusivity in learning.

This role offers a starting salary of £31,158.40 per annum, along with various benefits including childcare discounts and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
