Job summary

Bright Horizons Harwell Day Nursery in Harwell, Oxfordshire, seeks an Early Years Practitioner. You will plan and deliver engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 5 years, ensuring safety and learning through play. 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, permanent.

Salary GBP 28,496–29,619.20 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include childcare discounts, enhanced parental leave, generous annual leave, pension, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to key children to promote development.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for children to express themselves and enjoy learning.
