Job summary

Bright Horizons in Leeds is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child, fostering development toward milestones and a lifelong love of learning. You will maintain a safe environment that allows children to express themselves, work with colleagues and parents, and apply safeguarding principles as part of daily practice.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents
