Job summary

Bright Horizons Northgate House Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner in Beaconsfield. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, ensure a safe environment, and support children to reach developmental milestones with a strong EYFS focus.

You should hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have a passion for inclusive learning, safeguarding, and building trusted partnerships with families and staff. Beaconsfield location with a supportive HEART culture.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child.
• Create a safe environment allowing children to express themselves and foster a love of learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents to support child development.
• Monitor progress and adapt activities to milestones.
