Job summary

Thrive Childcare is seeking an Early Years Practitioner Supply to support Salford nurseries across Holyrood Salford, Holyrood Salford Royal and Media City. This flexible, zero-hour role offers on-the-job training and funded development opportunities in a nature-based setting.

You will provide safe, engaging experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years and cover daily routines with the team while building strong relationships with parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Teamwork and reliability are essential.
• Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children.
