Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions in Reading is seeking a Nursery Practitioner for a full-time role at a south Reading nursery. The position offers either 3 or 5 days per week (32 hours or 42.5 hours) with an hourly rate up to £14.62 depending on qualifications and experience.

Situated with good transport links and onsite parking, the role includes a pension, discounted childcare, employee assistance programme and flexible scheduling to fit around life commitments.

Qualifications

• Ideally a Level 2 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
