Permanent - All year round, 37 hours per week, with key person responsibilities. Part time hours will be considered – Hours are negotiable.

Compressed hours working 4 days a week, across Monday to Friday, 7.45am - 6.00pm

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive impact on early childhood development? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioners to be a vital part of our vibrant nursery school community based at Amersham Road in Reading.

Candidates should possess a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 or its equivalent in childcare and education. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in working with children aged from birth to 5 years, along with a demonstrated ability in delivering high-quality childcare and education is required.

We are looking for a warm, caring, organised, and dynamic individual, possessing excellent knowledge of the EYFS and demonstrating self‑motivation. The role involves creating a secure and engaging environment where children are at the forefront of all you do.
