Job summary

Realise Training in London, delivering the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship, invites motivated learners to join Little Diamonds Nursery as a Nursery Apprentice Practitioner.

You will gain hands-on experience planning and delivering activities, observing and recording progress, and working toward childcare qualifications while earning £8 per hour in a full‑time apprenticeship, based in London (E11 1PB).

Qualifications

• Maths and English at level 4 or equivalent is desirable.
• Some EYFS knowledge.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job and commit to an early years career.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities supporting physical, emotional, social and cognitive development.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress; identify next steps in learning.
• Build warm relationships with children, parents and colleagues; promote safeguarding and wellbeing.
