Job summary

Partou Nurseries is recruiting an Early Years Educator Apprentice in Gloucester. You will work towards the Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship over 14 months while performing daily duties in a supporting environment.

You will be mentored by qualified staff, build strong relationships with children and families, and plan engaging activities aligned with EYFS standards. The role includes valuable benefits and progression opportunities within Partou’s network.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in Early Years Practitioner Level 2 starting with on‑the‑job training.
• Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
• Commitment to completing the Level 2 apprenticeship during the 14‑month duration.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside qualified staff with mentorship and support.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers.

As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, at Partou, you will be working towards the Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship over the duration of 14 months, alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.

Your daily roles and responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside qualified members of staff, where you will be supported and mentored every step of the way
• Building relationships with children, parents, and carers, as well as colleagues
• Plan and deliver activities for the children in your care in line with the EYFS
