Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an experienced Agency Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery in Bicester on a temporary agency basis. The role offers flexible shifts, with hours 8am-6pm, and a pay rate of £15-£20 per hour PAYE-Umbrella, plus a joining bonus for Level 3 or Level 2 qualifications.

You will ensure children's safety, support development through play, and follow EYFS guidelines to positively impact outcomes for children in the setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Paediatric First Aid Certificate is required.
• Confident with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS).
• Experience working in a nursery is essential.
• Passion for Early Years education and development.
• Must be able to travel to Bicester and work 8am-6pm.
• Happy to work flexible agency shifts.
• Enhanced DBS on the Updates Service or able to obtain one.

Charles Hunter Associates Early Years division are seeking experienced AGENCY Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our clients nursery in Bicester on an Temporary agency basis. This is an ideal role for someone who wants complete flexibility and a is happy to pick up either last minute bookings, weekly bookings or an ongoing Contract (3 months) £15-£20 per hour Paye-Umbrella rates

Successful applicants will receive a joining bonus of £250 for Level 3 or £100 for Level 2 qualified practitioners.

About the role as an Agency Early Years Practitioner:

You will ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the setting, building trust with both children and parents. You will play a crucial role in the Early Years development of these children through play and other activities. Adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, you will make a positive impact on the children in the setting.

About You as the Agency Early Years Practitioner:
