Bright Horizons WoodLand nursery in Gaydon, Warwickshire, is hiring a full-time Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to join our Good-rated setting on the Jaguar Land Rover site. You’ll deliver engaging activities, support children from 3 months to 5 years, and help them reach key milestones.

We offer a 40-hour week, Mon-Fri, a generous benefits package, enhanced parental leave, 31 days leave incl bank holidays, pension, wellbeing benefits, and DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Ability to develop trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsabilités

• As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each of your key children to encourage development toward milestones.
• You will create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Salary – Starting from £28,080 - £29,203.30 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Hours - Permanent | Mon-Fri | 40 Hours Per Week

We are looking for a full time, Level 2 or 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons WoodLand nursery and support over the lunch time period.

The nursery is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and is situated in Gaydon, Warwickshire, just off the M40 on the Jaguar Land Rover site. It consists of age based rooms supporting children from 3 months to 5 years old and has cosy reading corners, imagination play areas and sensory corners for all to enjoy. The nursery also includes a bright outdoor space for the children to play in.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
