Job description

We are seeking an Early Years Practitioner. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 2 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification.

The successful candidate will:

Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in childcare
Have an excellent understanding of child development, the EYFS and the current Ofsted Inspection Framework
Ideally have up to date Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene
Need a clear and valid enhanced DBS or be in a position to obtain one
Be flexible and hardworking
As an Early Years Educator you will hold impeccable interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with staff, parents, children and support staff
Be able to build brilliant working relationships to ensure common goals can be achieved
Main Duties

Ensure that all children attending the setting are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development at all times
You will be expected to adhere to our company policies & procedures at all times.
You will help prepare the nursery confidently in any Ofsted inspections with the vision of maintaining our Outstanding judgement.
This role is to be worked in the baby room.
