Job summary

New Collaborative Learning Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking caring Early Years Practitioners to join our outstanding school-based nursery. You will help deliver a play-based curriculum and support the development of our youngest learners under the guidance of the Room Lead and EYFS Lead.

The ideal candidate has EYFS familiarity, experience with children aged 0–5, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 0–5 in early years or nursery settings.
• Familiarity with the EYFS framework and its practical application.
• Experience supporting children’s personal care needs, including toileting and feeding.
• Proven ability to observe, assess and record children’s development.
• Experience working collaboratively within a team and following guidance from senior staff.
• Safeguarding and Child Protection training; commitment to welfare of children.
