Responsibilities

• To work as part of a team to deliver an ambitious, flexible curriculum that is driven by the children’s interests
• To ensure your pedagogy has different approaches to meet individual children’s needs, e.g., modelling, observing
• To ensure all environments are enabling
• To have a good, secure knowledge of child development to accurately observe and assess children

Requirements
