Mama Bear’s Day Nursery in Plymouth is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to support babies, toddlers and pre‑schoolers as they make their first discoveries in a warm, child‑centred setting.

In our five-room Plymouth nursery with direct outdoor space, you’ll contribute to safe, high‑quality learning and join a friendly, collaborative team with strong progression and CPD opportunities.

We’re looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team in Plymouth. If you’re passionate about supporting babies, toddlers and pre‑schoolers as they make their first discoveries, this could be the perfect role for you.

Our Plymouth nursery offers five spacious, well‑resourced rooms designed to meet the needs of each age group. Children also enjoy direct access to a fantastic outdoor space, where they can race around on the grass, climb on the equipment or enjoy all‑weather play in our covered area. It’s a vibrant, nurturing environment where curiosity and exploration are encouraged every day.

What we’re looking for:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• A warm, positive and child‑centred approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
