Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a permanent role in a Stratford nursery. The successful candidate will support early years development and deliver EYFS-aligned activities.

You will monitor progress, maintain observations, and foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff while upholding safeguarding and safety standards. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years is required.
• Experience in a nursery setting is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework is essential.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities are important.
• Ability to start immediately or on short notice.

Salary & Hours: £25000 + Negotiable / Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours per week

Remedy Education is recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a permanent opportunity within a welcoming nursery in Stratford.

The Early Years Practitioner Role

• Support children across the Early Years age groups.
