Our well‑established, friendly nursery based in West Wickham is dedicated to providing exceptional early years care and education. We are currently recruiting for the following full‑time positions (40 hours per week):

Room Leader – Toddler Room

Salary: £27,040 - £35,360 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are looking for a confident, organised, and enthusiastic Room Leader to take the lead in our busy Toddler Room. This role requires a caring individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support each child’s unique needs.

Early Years Educator (Level 3) – Younger Pre‑School Room

Salary: £24,960 - £30,160 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are also seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our Younger Pre‑School team. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about delivering high‑quality early education.
