Thrive Childcare is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for Happitots Baillieston in Glasgow. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will plan and run developmentally appropriate activities, maintain open communication with families about children's progress, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment in line with regulatory requirements. Level 3 childcare qualification is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be level 3 qualified in line with government guidelines.
• Experience in early years is desirable.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

About The Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, your responsibilities include planning and conducting activities that cater to our Childrens development,collaborating closely with families bymaintaining open communication to exchange information about children's progress and well-being. Adhering to regulations and engaging in ongoing professional development, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and flourish independently!

Essential Criteria:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will need to belevel 3 qualified in correlation to the governmentguidelines.
