Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children? We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, supportive, and established nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who is committed to delivering the highest standards of childcare and early education.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will
  • Deliver outstanding care and education to children, ensuring all learning experiences meet the highest standards.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate exciting, age-appropriate activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Keep observations, assessments, and learning journeys up-to-date to support each child’s development.
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment that celebrates diversity and promotes British values.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children, responding to concerns in line with safeguarding policies.
  • Complete all required documentation, including registration forms, daily records, and development reports.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure every child’s individual needs are met.
