Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children? We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, supportive, and established nursery team. Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will

• Deliver outstanding care and education to children, ensuring all learning experiences meet the highest standards.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate exciting, age-appropriate activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Keep observations, assessments, and learning journeys up-to-date to support each child’s development.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment that celebrates diversity and promotes British values.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children, responding to concerns in line with safeguarding policies.
• Complete all required documentation, including registration forms, daily records, and development reports.
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure every child’s individual needs are met.
