An educational organization is seeking a Personal Tutor to deliver engaging teaching experiences. This remote role includes planning motivational sessions and supporting learners in achieving Early Years qualifications. Ideal candidates will hold at least a Level 3 Assessor qualification and have extensive experience in the Early Years sector. Competitive salary up to £32,000 per annum plus bonuses, with multiple employee benefits.

Location: Remote-based with learner observations in Luton/Bedfordshire
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum plus bonus

As a Personal Tutor, you will plan, and deliver inspirational and engaging teaching and learning experiences, keeping the learners and employers in mind, adapting your delivery through a variety of different methods to suit the needs of the learners or employer, and providing feedback accordingly to continue to deliver an outstanding experience to all.
